MinsterFB are looking for an HR Executive Graduate/Entry Level. To support our strong growth (50% increase in revenue and 33% increase in employees over the past 2 years), we are seeking an organised, people‑focused, detail‑driven individual to help strengthen and support our growing team.

This is an ideal entry‑level role for a recent graduate looking to begin a career in HR, people operations or business administration.

You will work alongside an experienced HR Manager and will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR processes within a supportive learning environment. This role is a hands‑on opportunity to develop HR and administrative skills while working closely with managers and employees across the business. The business is prepared to provide some support (financial and time) to facilitate achievement of CIPD qualifications if the successful candidate would like to work towards this.

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities


You will be:

  • Supporting recruitment administration including posting roles, coordinating interviews and creating offer letters
  • Assisting with onboarding processes, including contracts and employee handbooks, welcome e-mails, day 1 induction and induction scheduling
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation including training records
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration with accurate data handling
  • Assisting with HR queries from employees and managers
  • Contributing to HR projects as the business continues to scale

 

Key Skills

  • Ability to work independently and to prioritise workload
  • Confident use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree‑level qualification in a field that suggests an affinity with HR, Business, Psychology, People Management or Administration
  • If you are not a graduate you will be considered if you have a history of delivery in a similar environment
  • Previous HR experience is not required as full training is given

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

 

Location & Working Pattern

  • During your first 4 weeks, you’ll be in the office full-time to get to know the team and business
  • The role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in our Southwell office , outside of this, you can work from home while staying connected via Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • We’re a close-knit team, and regular in-person time is important to our culture.
